  • Citizens Unveil Wilderness Proposal for Nearly One Million Acres of BLM Land in Northern Arizona

  • On April 15, 2003, the Arizona Wilderness Coalition unveiled a citizens' wilderness proposal identifying approximately 950,000 acres of public land for wilderness designation along the Arizona Strip north of Grand Canyon National Park.
